ORNAMYSTIC ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Every Ornamystic piece is made to order. Materials, stones, sizing, and production time may be committed specifically to an individual order. Please review all order details carefully before approving your purchase.
CANCELLATION WINDOW
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that production, stone sourcing, customization, engraving, or resizing has not begun.
A cancellation request is not confirmed until Ornamystic accepts it in writing. If the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.
AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS
After the 24-hour cancellation window, or once production, stone sourcing, customization, engraving, or resizing has begun—whichever occurs first—the order is final and cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.
If work has not progressed too far, Ornamystic may choose to approve an exception. Any approved refund may be reduced by nonrecoverable costs already incurred, including specially sourced diamonds or gemstones, precious metal, design labor, CAD work, molds, engraving, resizing, payment-processing costs where legally permitted, and completed production work. Any exception must be confirmed by Ornamystic in writing.
REQUESTING AN ORDER CHANGE
Contact Ornamystic as soon as possible if you need to change a ring size, metal, stone, engraving, design detail, shipping address, or other order information.
Changes are not guaranteed. A requested change may:
- require a revised quote or additional payment;
- restart or extend the production timeline;
- require new design approval;
- be impossible after a particular production stage; or
- affect the appearance, proportions, structure, or final specifications of the jewelry.
Ornamystic will not proceed with a material design change until the revised details, price, and timeline have been approved in writing by the customer. Delays in customer approval will extend the estimated completion date.
CUSTOM DESIGN APPROVAL
For custom commissions, the customer is responsible for reviewing names, dates, engraving, ring size, stone details, metal selection, measurements, CAD images, renderings, and other approved specifications.
Once written approval is given, production will follow the approved specifications. A change requested after approval may require additional design and production charges. Minor handmade variations, monitor-to-monitor color differences, and reasonable differences between a digital rendering and finished handcrafted jewelry are not order errors, provided the finished piece materially conforms to the approved specifications.
RING SIZE CHANGES
Customers are responsible for submitting the correct ring size. A size change requested before production may be accommodated when feasible. After production begins or the piece is completed, resizing may require an additional fee and may not be possible for certain designs, stone layouts, eternity bands, or alternative construction methods.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Address-change requests must be submitted before dispatch and may require identity or payment verification. Once a package has shipped, Ornamystic cannot guarantee that the carrier will allow it to be redirected.
ORNAMYSTIC CANCELLATIONS
Ornamystic may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, materials or stones become unavailable, a design cannot be produced safely, fraud is suspected, a destination cannot be served, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred. If Ornamystic cancels an order, payments received for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.
HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
Use the contact method provided on the Ornamystic website and include:
- your full name;
- order number;
- the requested change or cancellation; and
- any relevant sizing, design, or shipping details.
Requests are handled in the order received. Sending a request does not pause production unless Ornamystic confirms the pause in writing.
MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer-protection laws applicable to the order.
