Customized and bespoke products may be returned, exchanged or refunded. Applicable labour, design, material and other related charges may be deducted or charged depending on the work completed and the condition of the returned item.

Customization availability, manufacturing time, applicable fees and final pricing depend on the selected materials and requested design. All specifications and CAD designs must be reviewed and approved before custom manufacturing begins.
